UPDATE – OFFICE CLOSURE & IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR HIGHSTONE RESIDENTS RE: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

This information is important and we ask that it is distributed to all staff members, household members, and tenants.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we have made the difficult decision to close the office from 12pm on Friday 27th March until further notice.  A small team are picking up emails from home. We will still be supporting our tenants and partners and attending to urgent and emergency repairs and matters throughout this challenging time.

During this time there is a slight change to how we can be contacted and how repairs need to be reported.

Please ONLY CALL to report an urgent or emergency repair or matter. The number for this is 03300584090. This number will be monitored 24 hours a day.

For all urgent or emergency matters please contact your Housing Officer, Jane Easter.

We ask that all non-urgent repairs or matters are reported by email or through our website contact us page or report a repair page. The email address to use for all matters is lucy@highstoneha.co.uk.
