Regulatory Notice

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) have recently issued Highstone Housing Association with a Regulatory Notice. 

We want to reassure all our residents and stakeholders that work has already started to rigorously review areas of non-compliance and we are committed to working positively with the RSH to address the issues identified.

Since engagement with the RSH started, Highstone have conducted a review of Board membership which has included the appointment of three new Board members. 

As ever, our priority at this time remains with the quality of housing management and support which we provide our tenants.
