Highstone Housing Association Limited became a Registered Provider (RP) of social housing registered with the Home and Communities Agency (HCA) on 17th September 2013 under registration number 4776. The HCA took responsibility for the regulation of social housing providers in England on 1st April 2012. Highstone Housing Association is a non-profit private registered provider of social housing.
We work closely with Commissioners, Social Workers, Assistive Technology Managers, Adaptations and Disability Managers and Occupational Therapists to ensure the accommodation meets the needs of our residents.
The quality of accommodation delivered has always been to a very high standard with full consultation of Commissioning, support provider and identified tenants. Feedback from support provider on speed and quality of any repairs required has been very positive and the working relationship between all parties is both professional and friendly.
