This information is important and we ask that it is distributed to all staff members, household members and tenants.
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and the news of another lockdown commencing on the 5th November, we have to make some changes to our repairs service. From this date we will only be able to respond to urgent and emergency repairs and matters.
During this time there is a slight change to how we can be contacted and how repairs need to be reported.
Please ONLY CALL to report an urgent or emergency repair or matter. The number for this is 01484 609189 during office hours and 03300584090 out of hours.
We ask that all non-urgent repairs or matters are reported by email to felicity@highstoneha.co.uk or through our website contact us page or report a repair page.
