Later this year

We are currently working on 4 new schemes ready for launch in the autumn and winter months. These are:

Northowram – We are very excited to be working on our first scheme with Calderdale Council, we are providing accommodation for 14 tenants and care staff. Construction work has just begun and we hope to launch towards the end of 2017

Sheffield Road – This scheme will provide accommodation for 4 tenants and is our third scheme in partnership with Barnsley MBC, scheduled for completion August/September 2017

Halifax Road – Working with Kirklees MBC, we plan to launch this scheme in the autumn ready to accommodate 2 tenants and their care staff.

Moorhouse Avenue – This scheme will be ready towards the end of autumn for Wakefield MDC and will provide accommodation for 4 tenants
